400;\">\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u58eb\u6797\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u5f9e\u67ef\u6587\u54f2\u5e02\u9577\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4e0a\u4efb\uff0c\u8a66\u884cI-Voting\uff0c\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08I-Voting\u9078\u9805\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5373\u8207\u5728\u5730\u91cc\u9577\u610f\u898b\u4e0d\u5408\uff0c\u67ef\u6587\u54f2\u5e02\u9577\u751a\u81f3\u76f4\u63a5\u63da\u8a00\u4e0d\u958b\u767c\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\uff0c\u5373\u722d\u7aef\u4e0d\u65b7\u3002\u6700\u7d42\u5728\u6295\u7968\u7387\u50c5\u670935.16\uff05\uff0c\u4ee53,032\u7968\u901a\u904e\u751f\u614b\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8a08\u756b\u5fc5\u9808\u7d81\u5b9a\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u61c9\u8208\u5efa200\u5e74\u9632\u6d2a\u983b\u7387\u76849.65\u516c\u5c3a\u5824\u9632\uff0c\u63a1\u884c\u5168\u5340\u5340\u6bb5\u5fb5\u6536\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u5168\u5340\u62c6\u9664\u91cd\u65b0\u586b\u571f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u6539\u8b8a\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u65e2\u6709\u6a23\u8c8c\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u65e2\u67091\u842c\u591a\u540d\u5c45\u6c11\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c07\u5b8c\u5168\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u671f\u7a0b\u9577\u905411\u81f313\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e45\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\u50c5\u6709\u5e7e\u8655\u5b89\u7f6e\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u6beb\u7121\u751f\u6d3b\u6a5f\u80fd\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u5927\u7247\u5168\u65b0\u5f85\u958b\u767c\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002\u4f46\u53f0\u5317\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u65b7\u4ee5\u7f8e\u8f2a\u7f8e\u5950\u3001\u50cf\u5efa\u6848\u5ee3\u544a\u822c\u7684\u958b\u767c\u9858\u666f\u6b3a\u9a19\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u74b0\u8a55\u59d4\u54e1\u5c0d\u65bc\u6574\u9ad4\u958b\u767c\u63a1\u53d6\u5168\u5340\u62c6\u9664\u3001\u65b0\u589e\u9ad8\u4fdd\u8b77\u63aa\u65bd\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u7531\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u90fd\u5e02\u8fb2\u696d\u5340\u8b8a\u6210\u4f4f\u5546\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u53ca\u5ee2\u6c61\u6c34\u7b49\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u604d\u5982\u6f20\u8996\u3002\u4e0d\u5c11\u90fd\u5e02\u6539\u9769\u4ee5\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u898f\u5283\u5b78\u8005\u4e00\u518d\u547c\u7c72\u61c9\u4ee5\u6700\u5c0f\u4fb5\u5bb3\u624b\u6bb5\u9032\u884c\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u74b0\u8a55\u59d4\u54e1\u5145\u8033\u4e0d\u805e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u67094000\u591a\u4efd\u53cd\u5c0d\u958b\u767c\u9023\u7f72\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca106\u4f4d\u53cd\u5c0d\u958b\u767c\u7684\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u9858\u610f\u4f5c\u70ba\u539f\u544a\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u51fa\u672c\u4ef6\u64a4\u92b7\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8a55\u4f30\u8a34\u8a1f\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\u793e\u5b50\u5cf6\u81ea\u6551\u6703\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u674e\u83ef\u840d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: Assessment,EIA\uff09\u4e4b\u5206\uff0c\u4f46\u53f0\u7063\u537b\u662fEIA\u5305\u542b\u8457SIA\uff0c\u800c\u5be6\u52d9\u4e0a\u537b\u96e3\u4ee5\u5728\u74b0\u8a55\u4e2d\u8a8d\u771f\u8a0e\u8ad6\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5728\u90fd\u5e02\u8a08\u756b\u3001\u571f\u5730\u5fb5\u6536\u5be9\u8b70\u4e2d\uff0c\u4eba\u6c11\u53d7\u61b2\u6cd5\u6240\u4fdd\u969c\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6b0a\u76ca\u4ea6\u96e3\u4ee5\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u81f3\u5c11\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u9662\u64a4\u92b7\u9055\u6cd5\u7684\u74b0\u8a55\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u505a\u70ba\u4eba\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6b0a\u53ca\u751f\u5b58\u6b0a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
